A 15-minute home routine

Can't make it to the studio? This short sequence keeps you connected.

Short, consistent practice beats long sessions that rarely happen. Fifteen minutes each morning is enough.

Minutes 1–3: sit cross-legged, belly breathing, and slow neck rolls.

Minutes 4–7: ten rounds of cat-cow, then downward dog for five breaths. Repeat twice.

Minutes 8–12: three rounds of Sun Salutation A at an easy pace.

Minutes 13–15: seated forward fold, then lie down in savasana. Don't skip this part.

Keep your mat somewhere visible. Often the smallest obstacle is unrolling it.
