You don't need to be flexible to start
The reason we hear most for putting off a first class, and why it isn't true.
Saying you're too stiff for yoga is like saying you're too dirty to shower. Flexibility is a result of practice, not an entry requirement.
Every pose has variations. Blocks, straps, and bolsters exist to bring the floor closer to you.
Focus on breath and comfort, not the shape in photos. Two people with different hip bones will never look the same in the same pose.
For your first week we suggest Morning Hatha and Restorative & Sound. Tell your teacher it's your first class.
